From 14 January 2026, NABERS is introducing multi-factor authentication (MFA) as the login method for NABERS Perform and the NABERS Perform Training Platform.
MFA provides increased security assurance for NABERS customers’ data because (unlike a password or username) it can’t be shared with anyone, making it phishing resistant.
As more of us – including our current and prospective ratings customers – have data and privacy concerns, MFA provides additional reassurance that NABERS rating data is stored with good governance and secure systems.
If you are an active accredited Assessor, auditor or a NABERS rating customer who logs into NABERS Perform to approve ratings, you have been sent an email with instructions for setting up MFA. If you haven’t received that email or you have further questions, please contact us via the NABERS Inbox.
