Energy and Water Starters offer
The NSW Government is offering up to $4,500 financial incentives for NSW buildings to receive their first-ever NABERS Energy and Water ratings, and to embed a culture of measurement improvement of energy and water performance.

This is a total contribution of up to $4,500 per building towards administration and Assessor fees in specific sectors, to support customers get their first rating, action plan, and second rating.

New Buildings offer
We want to support building developments across NSW committing to high energy performance using NABERS Commitment Agreements. This offer is a NSW Government incentive of $7,210 to waive the NABERS Commitment Agreement fee and it's applicable to buildings committing to energy performance targets beyond those required by the Building Code.
